Our Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Bülent ZÜLFİKAR Visited AUZEF
Istanbul University Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Bülent ZÜLFİKAR made an important visit to Istanbul University Faculty of Open and Distance Education (AUZEF) located in Maslak.
The visit was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Cemil KAYA and Rector's Chief Advisor Prof. Dr. Haluk ZÜLFİKAR.
During the visit on Monday, January 29, 2024, Prof. Dr. ZÜLFİKAR toured AUZEF offices, received detailed information about ongoing activities, met with the staff, reviewed their work, and wished them success.
Additionally, a meeting was held with the faculty board under the chairmanship of our Rector Prof. Dr. Osman Bülent ZÜLFİKAR. During the meeting, information about AUZEF's overall vision, current operations, and plans was shared.
Our Dean, Prof. Dr. Levent ŞAHİN, gave a detailed presentation on AUZEF’s future goals and strategies. The session titled "AUZEF Ecosystem," led by our Dean, included a comprehensive evaluation covering all aspects of AUZEF. Throughout the meeting, an extensive review of AUZEF's current status, educational policies, and future plans was conducted.
The meeting led by our Rector, Prof. Dr. Osman Bülent ZÜLFİKAR, with the AUZEF administration lasted approximately 5 hours. During the meeting, a detailed vision assessment was made regarding AUZEF's future goals and strategies.
