AUZEF Renews ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certificate
As the Istanbul University Faculty of Open and Distance Education (AUZEF), we successfully completed internal and external audit processes conducted by TSE and renewed our "TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System" certificates until March 5, 2027.
These certificates verify that our organization's quality management processes comply with international standards and demonstrate effectiveness. The quality management system certificate provides several benefits, including increased student satisfaction, process improvement, and enhanced efficiency.
By obtaining this certificate, AUZEF reaffirms its commitment and dedication to providing high-quality services and materials to our students and all stakeholders. We will continue to maintain and continuously improve our emphasis on quality.
