AUZEF Launches Its New Mobile Application
Leading the way in meeting the requirements of the digital education era, Istanbul University’s Faculty of Open and Distance Education (AUZEF) continues to prioritize student-focused initiatives. With its new mobile application, AUZEF aims to provide students with a more effective user experience.
In today’s world of digital technology, mobile devices and applications have become a necessity rather than a choice to ensure speed and convenience. In line with the global digital transformation, the role and importance of mobile applications in our lives are rapidly increasing. Within this framework, AUZEF strengthens its position by offering a new mobile application that combines various functions under one platform, aiming to provide better educational services to all its students with more practical, faster, and easier accessibility.

With its new mobile application, students can access the most up-to-date course materials anytime and anywhere using their smartphones and tablets, even without an internet connection, and without the burden of carrying physical materials.
By simplifying students’ educational journeys and helping them save time, AUZEF’s new mobile application makes numerous processes easier and faster. The AUZEF mobile app is available for free on iOS and Android tablets and smartphones.
AUZEF students can easily access the mobile application through Google Play and the App Store using their AKSIS username and password.
Features of the New Mobile Application:
With the new mobile application, all AUZEF students can:
- Follow announcements,
- View materials for their enrolled courses on a term basis, with options to annotate, save, and delete for personalized study,
- Access new notifications,
- Check exam dates and results,
- View AUZEF’s Academic Calendar,
- Request electronically signed documents through the "Document Requests" section and view signed documents,
- Submit requests to the Solution Center and track their status,
- Access their QR code digital ID more quickly and conveniently.
