2023 Management Review Meeting Held
Within the framework of quality initiatives, Istanbul University Faculty of Open and Distance Education (AUZEF) held the 2023 management review meeting on February 9, 2024, under the leadership of AUZEF Dean Prof. Dr. Levent Şahin. The meeting was attended by Vice Deans, Faculty Secretary, and Office Supervisors.
The following topics were discussed during the meeting:
Evaluation of 2023,
Risk assessment, strategic aims and objectives,
Efforts related to the establishment of new exam centers,
AUZEF indicators,
Student satisfaction survey results and evaluations,
Employee satisfaction survey results,
Decisions for 2024.
In his opening speech, AUZEF Dean Prof. Dr. Levent Şahin evaluated the activities of 2023 and set the agenda for the meeting.
Metin Söyük, Head of Quality and HR Office, delivered presentations on topics such as the 2023 Management Review (YGG) Decisions, Student Satisfaction Survey, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Performance Indicators, and Quality Goals. According to Söyük, an increase in the overall satisfaction rate was observed in the student satisfaction survey results.
In his closing speech, AUZEF Dean Prof. Dr. Levent Şahin emphasized the importance of student-centered efforts in light of the satisfaction survey results and expressed the goal of providing high-quality education and training services to students in 2024 along with all staff.
